Extra Extra Small – Low resistance – Suitable for mobility and stretching or dynamic warm-up
Extra Small/ Small – Light resistance – Suitable for mobility and stretching or dynamic warm-up. Adds intensity and resistance to your bodyweight exercises and workouts. Great for muscle activation exercises.
Medium/Large – Medium Resistance – Suitable for mobility, stretching, assisted pull-ups, pushups, general fitness exercises and conditioning as well as adding resistance to your weight training exercises such as squats and deadlifts.
Extra Large – Extra Heavy Resistance – Perfect for weight training to add maximum resistance to exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses or add to your bodyweight movements for extra resistance.
