XXS – Ultra Light Resistance

Ideal for mobility, stretching, and adding light resistance to bodyweight exercises. Great for muscle activation and rehabilitation.
M-L – Medium to Heavy Resistance (11-36 kg / 25-80 lb), (23-54 kg / 50-120 lb)
Suitable for assisted pull-ups, push-ups, general fitness exercises, conditioning, and adding resistance to weight training exercises such as squats and deadlifts.
XL – Extra Heavy Resistance (27kg-68kg / 60-150lb)
